These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to the Shurex website and the use of Shurex services. By using the website or Shurex services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. General
Shurex is a cloud SaaS platform (CRM / Hub) designed to automate processes for microfinance organizations and pawnshops.
Shurex is not a lender, an MFO, or a pawnshop and is not a party to financial transactions between organizations and their customers.
You may use Shurex only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Service description
Shurex provides software and cloud infrastructure to manage organizational processes, data, and reporting.
Service functionality may vary depending on the product, plan, environment (demo/production), and client configuration.
The service may include (non-exhaustive):
- CRM modules for applications, contracts, payments, reporting, and access roles.
- Integration and data import/export tools (where available).
- Supporting modules (e.g., Academy training) and additional services.
3. Access and accounts
Access to certain features may require registration, authentication, or a separate implementation/support agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information when submitting requests.
- Not share access with third parties without proper authorization.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.
4. Customer obligations
An organization using Shurex is responsible for the lawful collection, storage, and processing of any data it uploads and processes in Shurex, including personal data of end customers.
You agree to use Shurex only for lawful purposes and to comply with applicable requirements related to your employees and customers.
In particular, you agree to:
- Obtain required consents and legal bases for personal data processing.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of uploaded data.
- Maintain internal security policies and access controls.
- Not use Shurex to circumvent legal or regulatory requirements.
5. Prohibited activities
You must not use Shurex in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or platform security.
Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability scanning, or interference with service operation.
- Malware distribution, phishing, spam, or automated attacks.
- Uploading or processing data without lawful basis and required consents.
- Infringing Shurex intellectual property or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the website, interfaces, design, code, materials, and the Shurex brand are owned by Shurex or used lawfully under license.
Access to Shurex does not transfer any ownership rights. You receive a limited right to use the service under the selected environment and terms.
7. Disclaimer
Shurex is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, financial results, approval volumes, or conversion improvements. The organization makes its own decisions regarding how to use data and processes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shurex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.
Shurex is not responsible for actions of users, customer employees, and third parties, or for the quality of data uploaded into the system.
Shurex is also not responsible for:
- Credit/financial decisions made by organizations and their consequences.
- Customer compliance with personal data and financial regulation requirements.
- Failures caused by external providers, internet connectivity, or user hardware/software.
- Misconfiguration or user errors within the platform.
9. Shurex role and customer data
The organization (MFO/pawnshop) using Shurex is the data controller for its customers and determines the purposes and means of processing.
Shurex acts as a technical provider and data processor limited to providing the platform and infrastructure.
10. Changes to the service and Terms
We may update Shurex functionality, interfaces, workflows, and website content.
We may also update these Terms. The current version is published on the website. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version.
11. Termination and access restrictions
We may temporarily restrict access to the service or certain features if we suspect abuse, violations of these Terms, or security threats.
Access may also be terminated under an implementation/support agreement where applicable.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the Shurex rights holder is registered, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
In case of disputes, the parties will first seek to resolve them through negotiations and, if unsuccessful, via procedures provided by applicable law.
