How training works
We don’t teach “the UI” — we teach process execution. The goal is for staff to confidently run their workflow in Shurex and avoid data mistakes.
1) Quick briefing
We clarify roles, group composition, and your current level: new company or an existing team with new staff.
2) Role-based tracks
We build a program for operators, risk, and admin — without overload or unnecessary features.
3) End-to-end scenario
We run the real flow: application → decision → contract → payments → reporting. This is the foundation of confident work.
4) Online sessions
We train remotely. If needed, we provide recordings and materials for repeat training.
5) Instructions and rules
We set data discipline and the “rules of the game”: what to fill, who owns what, how to control quality.
