How training works

We don’t teach “the UI” — we teach process execution. The goal is for staff to confidently run their workflow in Shurex and avoid data mistakes.

Can training be purchased repeatedly?
Yes. It’s a normal practice with churn and growth. You can regularly train new staff with participant-based packages.
Is the training format online only?
For now — yes: online sessions. It’s faster, more convenient, and doesn’t require travel. We can add recordings and materials if needed.
How long does the training take?
It depends on roles and group composition. We train by roles and through practice: it’s important to complete the key end-to-end scenario.
Do you teach the interface or the process?
The process. We teach the scenario: application → decision → contract → payments → reporting, so the team can confidently execute operations in real work.
Can we get a certificate?
Yes — we can add it as an option (now/later — on request).
Is 1 employee really included in implementation?
Yes. Baseline implementation includes training for one employee. If you need to train more people — packages are added.
Can we train only the admin or only risk?
Yes. Academy is modular: you can train specific roles (operator, risk, admin, executive) depending on your goal.
