If you use Shurex as a client (MFO/pawnshop), the processing of your end-customer data is defined by your own policies and contractual terms. Shurex provides the technical infrastructure.

2. Who we are and what Shurex is

Shurex is a cloud SaaS platform (CRM / Hub) designed to automate processes for microfinance organizations and pawnshops.

Important:

  • Shurex is not a lender, an MFO, or a pawnshop.
  • Shurex is not a party to financial transactions between organizations and their customers.
  • Shurex acts as a technical operator: a software and infrastructure provider.

3. Data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide, as well as technical data necessary for website operation and security.

Examples:

  • Website visitor data: IP address, device/browser type, language, visited pages and actions, date and time of visits.
  • Form data: name, company, job role, phone, email, message, selected interest (Demo/Implementation/Academy) and segment.

In such cases, the organization (MFO/pawnshop) determines the purposes and means of processing, while Shurex acts as a technical provider and data processor limited to infrastructure delivery.

This means:

  • Shurex does not make approval/decline decisions and does not determine credit decisions.
  • The relevant organization is responsible for lawful collection and processing of end-customer data.
  • Shurex applies technical measures to protect data and isolate access.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to ensure website functionality, protect against abuse, and perform analytics.
